 Meeting Karl Marx for the first time.
 By Pinar Dag/ London 150th Anniversary of Highgate East Cemetery June 2010 June 2010 is the 150th anniversary of the famous Highgate East Cemetery of London. I took advantage and went there to visit a selection of natables that are buried there. The cemetery has been awarded the English Heritage Award Of Grade I status on the English Heritage Register. It is currently one of only ten cemeteries and memorial gardens on the register, and in the top 10% of all the sites registered by English Heritage, according to the cemetery web site source. Highgate  East Cemetery / Karl Heinrich MARX ,1818-1883 The world's most influential political philosopher, Britain's most famous refugee and Highgate Cemetery's most visited resident.
